NYC
After weekends in London and B.C., what better way to relax than to spend a weekend in the Big Apple? Jen was working in New York for the latter part of the week of March 10, so we decided that I should meet her there and spend a weekend reaquainting ourselves with the greatest city on earth.
Thanks to Jen's stockpile of hotel points, we stayed at the W Hotel in Union Square, and did a lot of shopping (first trip to Century 21, which was educational) and investigation of the restaurant scene, and managed to meet up with some of my section-mates along the way and had a great time. (The dining highlight was "Sushi Samba". Good food and great scene).
The weather cooperated too, and gave us the first 15 degree celsius day of the season on Saturday, appropriately spent strolling through Central Park and the village. A perfect start to a terriffic spring in MBA-land.
